We charge a flat rate of $9.99 Australia wide . For orders over $150.00 we offer free shipping.
Due to the fragility of many of our products we may need to use a lot of packing material.to ensure that it arrives intact. In order to minimise the impact on the environment we save and store all the packaging we receive and re-use it in our shipments
Sendle delivers by road only, so while customers in Sydney (where we are based) may receive their delivery the next business day, deliveries to Perth, Darwin and remote regions can take up to 10 business days. As soon as your parcel is booked for courier pick up, you will receive a delivery timeframe estimate, and a link to track your delivery's transit to you.

If you are experiencing a gifting emergency, please call us direct on 02 95641474 during our opening hours, and we will try to assist you by arranging an express delivery. Please note that Australia Post's Express Post charges will apply.
We work really hard to ensure that all stock on our website is as up to date as possible. However, we are a small business working both online and in-person, and may very occasionally be unable to keep up with demand. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified ASAP and be issued a refund.
We have an extensive and continually evolving product range in-store, but not all our products are listed online. If you’ve seen something in store, and can’t find it online, please contact us, describing what you’re looking for and we’ll be happy to help you out.
