This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from jacoblittle.com.au (the “Site and/or Store”).

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Point of Sale (POS) Information and Order Information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU FROM OTHERS 
Although we generally collect personal information directly from you, on occasion, we also collect certain categories of personal information about you from other sources. In particular: 
- financial and/or transaction details from payment providers located in the US, UK and Australia in order to process a transaction; 
- third party service providers (like Google, Facebook) who are located in the US or UK, which may provide information about you when you link, connect or login to your account with the third party provider and they send us information such as your registration and profile from that service. 
- other third party/sources and or partners from Australia, US or UK, whereby we receive additional information about you (to the extent permitted by applicable law), such as demographic data or fraud detection information, and combine it with information we have about you. For example, fraud detection warnings from service providers like identity verification service. We also receive information about you and your activities on and off the Jacob Little’s website through partnerships, or about your experiences and interactions from our partner ad networks. We also receive information about you as a rights holder from our third party authors.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? 
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: 
- Communicate with you; 
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and 
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

This website uses Google AdWords & Facebook remarketing service to advertise on third party websites to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, a site in the Google Display Network, or somewhere on Facebook. Third-party vendors, including Google & Facebook, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the ClickSeed website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy, as well as Google & Facebook privacy policies.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
