These frames are made from beautiful Australian Tasmanian Oak (eco sustainable plantation timber) and have a very light lacquer to best show their natural grain and texture . As a natural timber, they can have a strong colour variation from frame to frame and can include markings like knots and grains from the tree. These are not imperfections but are a lovely feature of the frame. Featuring a 20mm(W) x 20mm(D) profile moulding, frames are supplied with standard glass, MDF backing and a double white matboard (acid-free and lignin-free). The frame can stand either portrait or landscape and can fit either portrait or landscape photos.
